Raider would probably be weaker, but it would be a crazy fast play style. Might be fun :)

if going rare dagger, I think baseline is 1.75 aps with 7.8 crit and 275+ dps. anything less and Id stick to bino's. ideally something like 1.8+ aps, 8+ crit and 300+ dps. It wont be cheap in new leagues, especially with BF being super meta (and completely batshit insanely overpowered I might add).

Dunno i sit at 50k avg damage with dual scourge and am testing scourge + death's hand atm. Got one 251 Pdps scourge.

Dual scourge with skyforth > all of the above except maybe dual wielding incredibly high pdps rare daggers.

Bino's crit chance is overkill. All it does is you don't need a diamond flask. If you reach 68% crit chance with scourge and use diamond then it's basically capped crit chance.

Scourge scales poison much better than bino's and they have free leech (no need of vinktar's). Also it has much better attack speed than slow bino's, which is pretty damn important for blade flurry.

Also, Doesn't death's hand's power charge generation rely on your ability to stun? Does it generate any charges against High HP bosses like the guardians or shaper or uber atziri/izaro?

0.32*0.32 = 0.1024, or about 89.76% effective crit chance. Not quite capped-equivalent, but yes, very strong.
