Hey there buddy, thought Id ask you before I make yet another forum post
Its a bit of a weirdo thing but I wanna see where I can go with it.

Skill: Cyclone CoC Frostbolt
Crit, Elemental, or Phys: Elemental
What type of weapon will you want to use? Sire of Shards. You know what I want.
What level are you planning to level this build to? probably 90
Hardcore or Softcore? SC
Ascendancy you wish to use: This is the big question. For clearing it sounds like elementalist is a good choice but I fear I might be unable to get enough crit. thats why I consider assassin. Easy Crit and way more damage but Id loose the prolif. What do you think?

Notes I should make is that I wanna use Cold to fire and AoF for conversion to make room for two snakepit rings. With SoS Id have enough projectiles even without lmp.

I'd like a build that can beat shaper/uber atziri after min/maxing a bit and probably something that uses a unique weapon+chest because aint nobody got mirrors in their stash for the best rare weapons and I always want to have the best weapon available for the build. So if you got something in mind for that that you may deviate a bit (or completely) from the table below.

Skill:Lightning Arrow(prefered)/Tornado Shot for AoE and Barrage(prefered)/Puncture for single target.
Crit, Elemental, or Phys: Why not poison as an option? :P
What type of weapon will you want to use?: Reach of the Council
What level are you planning to level this build to?: Already got most classes at lvl 90 with reroll available.
Hardcore or Softcore?: Standard (also own a 6L legacy lightning coil in case it can be used)
Ascendancy you wish to use: Assassin

Skill: Tornado Shot (Phys// Phys to Light Conversion - Can swap to poison-reach without problem if is needed to make it viable)
Bow Crit - Softcore
CI or Low Life
(Have almost 200ex on currency so it will not be a proble and all base chars lvl92~94 for any classe)

The gear would be Ngamahu's flame, Xoph's blood and Skyforth for uniques and rumi's, taste of hate, dying sun, Lion's roar and a silver flask of staunching for the flask slots.

The reason I went Ci is beacause i just hate playing melee build on a life based version these days and wanted to make something new that I would enjoy. I calculated most of the stuff already and i should be at 130k dps with my cyclone alone ones I use my flasks and I should have around 10-11k es (I'd use discipline and flamability auras on empower so that helps alot for both dps and es).

I'd really apreciate if you look over everything and tell me if I can adjust some things to squeeze out every last point of optimisation.

It rolls over everything below t16, but is very flask dependant (bursty) and Shaper + Guardians are a struggle. It doesn't have enough sustain without all flasks up to account for messed up situations.

Maybe there is a better way to do my support gems or a change in the passives to give it more sustain.
I know i could just switch to Blade Vortex with Pain Attunement and get more damage from it but i played BV Pathfinder last league and its time for something else.

Maybe you find something that can be improved to make the Quality of Life on Guardians and Shaper better. Thanks you!
