LF helmet with +2 to minion gems and 50% of physical dmg added as extra lightning dmg mods

Hello there,

I'm looking for a helmet that would have these mods:

i/ "+2 to level of socketed minion gems"
ii/ "socketed gems gain 50% of physical damage as extra lightning damage" (essence mod)

I'm mainly looking for a Hubris circlet base or ES base in general. Bone helmet would be ok too though.
