You must follow the guide. Its a crit build with vagan dagger. For this to work you need obviously a vagan dagger with crit O_o Vagan mod to have 100% chance to hit, high base crit chance on your vagan dagger (8+) to reach 75% crit chance with 6 power charges up. Elemental damage in dagger comes last and your dagger can even have non! Its not that important as the other two. Leech comes from damage done to target. After all its mitigation, so having high crit chance helps with that by inreasing dmg done by two factors: raw dmg and ignoring enemy ele resistances on crit via inquisitor ascendancy. So the minimal requirments are: a 5 link chest composed off: Bflurry + wed + inc crit chance + add light + power charge on crit Vagan dagger with 8+ base crit and ad much aps as you can have Cwdt + warlords mark Latest guides:

How much points need to respec after levelling at 75 lvl to CI?

Thoughts on Doryani's as offhand for leech and lots of dps? Obviously its expensive as shit in leauge atm but it will lower. You would loose some ES sure but can make it up on other pieces. Think for overall dps it would be really good.
