Has the voice over you used to get after killing Barkhul in Act IV gone? The one where Daresso says "Adequate performance challenger, but Barkhul and his stinking flock..." etc.
The last couple of times I've killed Barkhul and the rest of his cronies (both in Act IV normal I believe) this voice over hasn't happened. "Alas, the one-man crusade of Torr Olgosso comes to an end. Bugs came with 2.4.x updates and many more will come for sure ...
The visual glitches on weapons and gems when we apply alternative effects replacement, if multithread is enabled, is the most irritating BUG to me and GGG NOT FIXED THESE glitches yet, since 2.3.x. | |

I noticed that too. In case its relevant, I also noticed the marauder didn't say anything after killing Gravicus, and there were a couple of other times he said nothing as well. I thought he was just the strong, silent type, but maybe it's a bug.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
