Feedback on a build needed.

Good day fellow POE players.
I'm a fairly new player, so I'm apologizing beforehand if I'm asking a silly question.
I wanted to start a hardcore Templar character.
After some research I've done, I've found that totem characters are quite OP right now.
So, I've made a build and need some feedback from senior players if it's viable.

It's a dodge/totem/survival character.
As I'm fairly new I don't even know if this build is viable, or the gems I need to use in it,
I'll be thankful for any related criticism or tips related to playing this character.
