Question about Minions and Southbound gloves

Say my minions/golems do cold damage and can freeze, will Southbound work with them? Or will mobs still survive with 1 HP?

The gloves will apply their mods to a minion only if you put them on an animated guardian, minions don't wear your gear.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
