Game freeze on Springs map. (RIP)

Was mapping in Springs on Hardcore Essence - Went near a pack, the game froze and i instantly ALT + F4'd (saved my ass). I dunno if this was a one time thing, so I went into the map again only to freeze, which resulted in that I, this time, couldn't quit the game, which ripped my 600c+ char due to issues on your part... I'm frankly quite p*issed at getting punished for errors on your behalf, and I probably won't be coming back until you fix these issues. Please fix asap!
