+100 max mana per green socket doesnt work at all +15% increase item quantity per white doesnt work at all and theres not even a quantity stat in the game showing that Last bumped on Nov 20, 2016, 9:59:47 AM

Per-Socket modifiers only look at the item that has the modifier, not all of your gear. You only get +100 Life if your Pariah Ring has a red socket, for example.

It is local mod. This ring gives stats per socket on it not including other gear.
