Map/atlas question

I went to play standard today and did two legacy maps (atoll and arid lake). Both were completed including killing the boss. Neither shows up in my atlas, though, as having been done. My atlas is empty except for a tier 1 desert map that shows as having been completed. I did that just after the essence league started.

So I went back and did a jungle valley map from 2.4 and it does show up as having been completed.
