Need help -- Lightning arrow & tornado shot build

I've seen people who completed the ascendancy and are 10 levels below me, I don't know what am I doing wrong.

I have this build right now with gear focused on attack speed, evasion, damage and hp. All my potions are magical and can heal me to full hp.

My main offensive skills:lightning arrow + attack speed support gem, burning arrow + damage & accuracy support
Meatshields: zombies, ice golem, animate armor
Other & buff skills: fire trap, frenzy, decoy totem, tornado shot and an aura which gives me and my allies bonus evasion (forgot the name)

Am I playing a nerfed class/build or I just suck? Any advices?
