Suggestion for improvement

Good day everyone, I would like to give you a little feedback why arn't many people, I know, playing PoE. A little feedback what to improvement to raise player pool.
I asked 34 people why they arn't playing PoE, they played "Diablo 2" for long time so I asked them some questions. Here is feedback what I conclude:

1.) Mostly graphics itself it is a problem for a lot of people.
2.) Animations (Dualist and Templar walking animations specificly).
3.) Frequent FPS drops on strong machines.

Bonus: One of them said that he has a tripofobia (Fear of holes) and that he can't stand sockets on itmes.
