Asterix's power - Life BV that can do everithing CI can, and more - high DPS, can tank all EZ
 By IGN: asterix_power_potion Hey guys, I was making a few builds this league, all were nice, but this one is very good, while everyone say life builds are dead, this build showed me that life is working, and it's not a matter of how much life, but what king of defences you got, life I got 6K life and I run enfeeble, and I can tank twinned rigwald on GMP, or all the guardians smash hit, or the shaper lasser cannon. The things you must know:

1. it's not an expensive build to make for a start, end game is pricy, and my setup is very expensive
2. you will not have tons of life, but your effective life will be like high CI 3. you will have some micro managing, so it's a game skills build 4. when flasks are up, you are a god, while not, you die on high content monsters Mechanics:

You use lightning coil with a teste of hate with a 50% increased flask effect, so you take about 1/3 of physical damage, you use vinktars, diamond and rumi too with 50% increased flask effect, so you got neer max crit, and lightning and cold damage are no longer a problem, you do good DPS and shater all mobs with cold crits, and you have high block chance (I got 74/56), add the pathfinder endless flasks power, the extra damage as elemental & elemental damage reduction, and you have a fine tank that deal a lot of damage

you can use any items, only the stone of lazhwar is important if you got the rumi flask, you can use atziri's if you don't have taste of hate, if you have a 5L lightning coil then remove critical strikes, the diamond flask will do for high crit chance
Jewels:

your jewels need to have life + some damage / resists, you are easy to find damage mods, you can have: area damage, spell damage, spell damage while using a shield, global crit chance/dmage, spell crit chance/dmage. don't look for cast speed, you hardly get any benefit from it.

While I do find Pathfinder BV builds disgustingly boring, it's nice to see someone trying to make life work. The gear listed has an absolutely insane price tag attached to it, but I am confident you can do with less. BV pathfinder is just THAT op.
With that said I can propose a tree alternative. -> Click me Lose some movespeed and castspeed from Scion node, gain 20% increased life, more crit multi and easy access to more life for the next few levels. Last edited by azmodael on Sep 22, 2016, 7:17:23 AM

do you think u can do these all boss with insane mods without atzri gloves 6l,retch and ur helmet .i mean no way all ppl going to afford those items .post a new budget boss compilation maybe for the sake of ur build?
why dont u want to take herbalist node?ur opinion on that plzz can u post ur character sheet offensive both buffed and debuffed without ur gloves like to see ur crit chance. u can tweak ur build a tinny bit by taking the four dex nodes connecting hearseeker and blood drinker and use those points connecting through ballistic mastery .u gain projectile dmg for ur firestorm and mana nodes and 1 int node and u lose only 10dex attribute |
