My fire fox pet disappeared?

An additional question, is it possible to put armor effect as well as wing effect on the same body armor at the same time?

You can only have one cosmetic effect of a specific class on an item at the same time. In your case it is possible, as the wing effect is consider as a back attachment while the armor is a body armour skin.
