Lightning Strike Build?

I can't find a guide for Templar Lightning Strike (HC)...

This build isn't viable at all?

If you can't find a guide, but still want to play lightning strike templar, just make a skilltree yourself and have a go at it :) Just make sure you have good defense since you want to play HC and you might want to look into speccing for the projectile part of the attack to stay at a safe distance. I'm not a hardcore player myself, but I recently did a dual-wield lightning strike witch of all things, and leveled her into 70s without dying, so templar should definetely not be an issue imo.
