Is there a way to make Whisper sounds higher?

Found out today I missed an important whisper on a trade I have running. Is there a way to mod in a louder sound on whisper or something similar?

So there's no way to turn up the Whisper sound without having the general game sounds exploding out of my headphones? Too bad.
