[need advice] Tripple Spell Hierophant Hardcore

Hey guys

I could need some advice about my probably weird build.

Its a lvl 51 Hierophant (beginning act 3 cruel atm). I use Incinerate, Searing Bond and Flame Surge Totem in conjunction. So, the questions:

1. I use Searing Bond in my Boots for the 2% life leech (Not sure if it works, but the tooltips show the leech). Currently Searing Bond > Increased Burning Damage > Increased Rarity (because I have now idea what else). Any ideas what I can put here? I do not think Controlled Destruction and Elemental Focus does work.

2. What to do with my cheast slots? I use Fast Cast > Flammability > Flame Dash in my Wand and Enfeeble > Blasphemy + Chaos Golem in my Shield. Incinerate + Support in my Helm and Flame Surge + Support in my Boots.

3. Any Uniques that come to your mind with those combinations?
