How about giving monsters new skills, not nerfing players?

So, remember the titty bitch? She was using a skill we didn't have. It was scary.
No one was sad when they (finally) added the skill for players. There was nothing wrong with the execution of that other than the long delay in passing it to players.
Now, what do we have?
Retarded ghosts in tri corner hats that think they are badasses when they try to blade vortex you to death from across the map?

Think about it, GGG.
Think long and hard. Is this intelligent game design?
