Sorry, elite is only whatever I've managed to achieve, anything less than that is trash.

I feel the same way, after gathering my courage and successfully killing the council on PrHC yesterday. Did a few runs and got rewarded with 2 reach bows drop! Still have 3 sets of keys left for the last day... I might sell them as the council fight is quite unnerving (=sweaty palms) even with shock immunity, +20 chaos resist and 6500 hp
