in need of help going towards an infernal blow build

im fairly new to the game, i saw this build on youtube [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHiUPvONupM], and was wondering how i would go through the leveling proccess with shadow, a charecter ive never used before.
I just need some tips on getting to this point in the game, what skills i should be geting early on, what stats i should focus on for leveling ect.

You can level wearing facebreaker gloves. With Meginord's Girdle and rings that have flat added physical damage you are good to go.

I would rather pick duelist over shadow as starting class (better ascendancies for facebreaker). A facebreaker build without the Rigwald's curse amulet that doesn't pick up claw passives is more straightforward and easier to gear.
