Master Sapper giving Frenzy from Mines

Testing out mines and traps, I discovered I was getting frenzy charges from only using my mines.
I specced out of it and I didnt recieve Frenzy charges anymore. When speccing into it I now recieve frenzy charges from detonating mines.  Bug report reference number is 3 064 763 946 Last bumped on Aug 25, 2016, 1:35:00 AM
