Build suggestion for clumsy hands (nerve damaged)

Any suggestions for a CHEAP (under 10c) build that someone who's reflexes suck can play to end game? Imagine that numb tingly feeling you get when the circulation is cut off to your hands and how hard it gets to move them, mine are like that all the time. I've been playing for a while, but every time I reach a point that things are killing me before I can move to respond. Any class or league is fine.

I'd say go for a block build (so you have more time to react.) Crown of the pale king, thousand teeth temu and the anvil are all cheap/1c uniques in prophecy league atm. Go gladiator to get the spell block node if you can beat cruel labyrinth.

Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Agree with dudio that block would be a great way to go, specifically recovery on block. I haven't tried Crown of the Pale King, but life-based Necromancer becomes immortal against anything that isn't one-shots with literally zero passive block investment because Bone Offering grants ridiculous Life on Block. Check out my character InfestedKerrighar for a fire melee variant gear, gems, and passive tree.

The only problem is that you do have to cast Bone Offering in some way, which I've found is not that hard, but could pose a problem for you. Otherwise, all you need to do to gain high block is toss a Trap - Cluster Trap - Desecrate in the general direction of the enemy, then click your Bone Offering skill in that general direction.

It has to be a Necromancer if you want to use Bone Offering in this way because only Necromancer has access to the node "Your Offerings also affect You"

It's pretty dirt cheap IMO. The most expensive unique you'd need if you want to go for no-passive-nodes like me is Rathpith Globe, and if you don't have access to that, a Stone of Lazhwar works until then.

The pale king recovery is better than aegis in my opinion, but I bought my helmet for like 30 or 40 chaos, did the price drop that much?
Summoner with defensive curses.

A regular ol' SRS summoner might be a worthwhile investment, especially if you're thinking of Necromancer anyways. Summon Raging Spirits does its own targeting, all you need to do is hold down the "Summon Homing Fireballs" button. There's cheap and expensive versions of SRS, but the cheap versions can be really cheap. Find a +2 to Minion level helm, craft some basic mods in it, throw SRS, Melee Splash, Minion Damage, and Spell Echo into it (1R3B, so preferably an ES or armor/ES helm for easy chroming), and you have a skill. Back it up with zombies (if you're in Prophecy and can work up some extra scratch a Queen's Escape makes for hilarious Meth Zombies, as well as much more dangerous Raging Spirits).

Another thing you may want to consider is alternate controls. A few folks over in the MechWarrior Online forums have suffered partial paralysis and had to get inventive with ways to play the game, especially as MWO is much twitchier and more complex than PoE. A lot of them ended up using foot pedal controls to handle things they couldn't do with a bum hand. I don't know what your IRL gear budget is, but if your feet are doing better than your hands for quick timing, you may want to think about finding a way to use some foot pedals to do things like slap flasks or hit defensive or movement skills. Might help, might not. I dunno.

Anyways. Definitely check out some SRS or other summoner-type builds. They generally need less precision and timing than other build types, and have built-in defenses in the form of walls of shambling zombie meat that can take hits for you.
She/Her
Generally anything minion or totem based should be fine, maybe even mines or traps, though I'm not entirely sure there.
If you want something that you don't see too often then try a siege ballista build around the "iron commander". Pretty fun imo
I make dumb builds, therefore I am.

It was league-only so used to be expensive. But in Prophecy league it also drops from the Pale Council at a decent rate.

They used to be only a chaos or two earlier in the league. This search says there's one just recently posted for 4 chaos:

When I bought mine there were a bunch posted for 4-5 chaos but those were all just forced online items, the characters who listed them either did not exist or were offline.

Adding Advancing Fortress would give another 15% block and free fortify. So 55% block with no passives.
