My witch is so fragile - help in defenses layers setup needed

Dear witch players

I'm asking you for help in that dire time of need.
I've took my witch MistressBLB to merc lab,and perished in fight against Izaro.Which is worse,I've observed the outcome won't be different at next attempts due to lack of defense.My main way which is Ball Lightning pushing enemies back simply doesn't work there.

So,definitely I need some skill setup/gear advices how to change that situation.CWDT+IC don't work well,sadly.
