RF builds would win it.
It lacks -max and added tri-elemental damage 100%

Any traps and physical portions are basically solved by perma IC, which only leaves elemental sources.

And i reckon you can still get around 95% on all permanently.

There's a few dedicated builds that could easily clear this.

- can no longer leech life/mana
- can no longer regenerate life/mana
- flask use 500%of regular charges upon use
- monsters grant 25% of normal flask charges
- can no longer life/mana gain on hit

I build for all maps, sure. But it would still be like 1c in loot. lol

the only thing this will achieve is pigeonholing everything into CI occultists with Elreon jewellery and 0 manacost flameblast. The occultist will also be excellent for the traps. Throw in Brinerot Whalers to be unaffected by shocked ground, get a disgustingly huge ES pool and you're set. It won't be quick but it will work.
The Wheel of Nerfs turns, and builds come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the build that gave it birth comes again.

Sounds to me like an easy mirror for a chaos fire totem build.
Easy game, easy life
Maybe cause that monster type isnt as hard as the real boss of that map

If it had the real totem boss then most likely no since i already die to it since it has tons of other totems

I'm sure we can find a cool line to bless CI builds with misfortune.

Even so, only natural ES regen, while cool, is still harsh.(i think the buff from occultist is a 0.5% regen buff, so would be inactive if all regen is deactivated in the map)

I play an occultist char without leech and regen(only the buff%) and it can be quite harsh at times. Though it really did a lot to give CI that boost to keep up pace with the speed meta.
