Alternatively, can you please run an elevated command prompt and enter the following: net start winmgmt
Then let us know what it says after that.

If it says 'System error 5 occurred' - you're not running the command prompt with admin privileges.

If it says 'the requested service has already been started', or something else entirely, you'll need to post here or PM me your dxdiag information.
