Explanation
aoe clear
This build revolves around herald of ice chain shattering and lightpoacher. The assassin 100% more critical strike chance node (ambush and assassinate) allows consistent critical strike chance when paired with the base crit from (+2 assassin, +1.9/2 crit strikes gem, +1.8 watcher's eye). Otherwise herald of ice does not crit, esh's mirror is procced because i have a ring that gives lightning damage
why no herald of thunder why lightpoacher
i did an open map like burials, so herald of thunder wasn't providing enough hits per second to keep up with my speed. Lightpoacher was the only thing that could keep up, but its a shit helm now since they nerfed the projectile speed, so i had to stack 120%+ increased projectile speed to make it even useable. i ended up having 199 or 189 (specced out of shadow Sniper 10% node at the very end to fix res on tree) and that felt pretty good. Herald of thunder cant keep up. lightpoacher sucks dick but theres really n othing else that can keep up w/e.
flask choice
as usual with any build, you have to have anti bleed, anti curse. (anti freeze can drop if u want to id all the strongboxes (annoying), anti shock you can run without if you are willing to get shit on) you can use death's door to get anti bleed (so you can use a unique flask) dying sun ruby flask is because i want to get more lightpoacher projectiles
hungry loop
more links to a blade flurry for damage.

i only used the karui charge at the last 20% of level 99, i was using 10% quantity talisman for most of it, you can do whatever you want
overall reasoning
stack lightpoacher projectile speed and increase the number of projectiles, use herald of ice chain shatter to clear aoe. use blade flurry on a hungry loop for better single target. cry at shitty survivability

overview: i specced into more dmg on the tree, got more dmg on gear and now character feels alright. if you find a way to reliably generate power charges the character is a lot better than b4. do that immediately and dont wait like i did. Future Upgrades: kiara's determination, better gloves, legacy chill of corruption, death's door. Then i will push ES higher on all pieces of gears. Each of these upgrades start getting expensive 1ex+ per upgrade.

character feels really shit right now. can't chain vaal fireball in yellow maps. if you are playing at this point, i would advise buying white maps so u can complete your atlas for cheap. maybe farm slightly lower tier maps to make a lot of money so you can upgrade your gear. explanation of gear: keep in mind i started playing 1 month into the league, the prices probably will be higher at the beginning of a league. This character was my first character this league so at level 78 i'm just looking for affordable garbo items that can get me by (when buying stuff be sure not to get scammed) jewels: 2 rolling flame jewels, sac harvest cuz i can shatter with inquisitor, those were very cheap by the time i were playing 1alch each for rolling flames and 2c for chill of corruption helm: budget 1alch 300 es helm shield: budget 1c 350 es shield body armour: 1alch some cheapo 5L so i can put Vaal fireball in it (this will be next upgrade then vinktars) gloves: 5c, wanted to get some 16% more attack speed. paid 5c for these garbo gloves (overpaid by a lot) boots: 4c, dont have to spend so much, you can consider getting leech enchanted boots instead belt: 1alch i like this belt because it gives rampage. ring: 1alch, left ring for anti reflect, 1c right ring for res and stuff amulet: 9c, my most expensive piece of gear. paid itself off very quickly. drops lots of items worth. flasks: do w/e be sure to get quicksilver, doesn't have to be alchemist's, i got super lucky with rolling my own. onslaught and diamond flask should be very cheap (or find your own)

Hey baked. What do you think of CI Insuiqisotr ST? Would the build lack too much deeps for dropping Anger and HoT? Also, for the ST links, do you think Faster Attacks is mandatory or another flat damage/pierce gem would also work?

M8,which game you swich when you need to fight with boss,i mean what you put,because for single target,especially for boss,shield charge is shit.
Whether it may be replaced by faster attacks with cyclone for boss,or i wrong? Thank you for reply |

Running this build now, swapped over from a Mjölner build - seems really fun only gripe is the single target. My assumption is once I get my level up a bit more perhaps it'll improve. Currently sitting on 52.08% crit with no charges, still filling out a couple nodes and grabbing some jewel nodes.
