Blessed orbs only reroll implicit. Divine can reroll all but the implicit

Could someone, preferably a staff member explain in more detail about the color matching? Because my friend just tried using 2 3G 1h of the correct weapons and it wouldn't work. He is on Beta though. So that might be an issue, like saying you guys changed the recipe or if the recipe is disabled on the Beta for some reason. I don't know, all I do know is that my friend can't get it to work.
