Losing all experience when character dies

That Harbinger Bow is unbelievable. So these can only be crafted by Tora and can never be found while playing? Any other ways I can acquire multi-socketed weapons and armour?

I've created a new Marauder character and have been playing with more focus on life (as I was getting killed frequently) but I can't find items more than 3 sockets. I saw someone shared a file (that can be placed in game installation folder) which highlights important items in various color codes for easy identification. But it didn't work for me.

Finally, if I want to redo my skill tree (of any current character) how do I do it? I saw the 'Reset' button in profile and it does reset and hen I redo my skill tree based on what you did, it doesn't get saved. What am I missing?

Sorry for asking so many questions. I'm a beginner ( and technically weak) to this awesome game. I really appreciate your help. Thank you!
