Grand Arena - next door not opening

After entering the first Grand Arena in Daresso's sequence, after killing everything the entrance to the next arena is not opening. I've tried restarting a new instance and did it again. Is this a know bug and is there any way to get passed it?

The way to get passed it is to go back and take the hallway that doesn't end in a deadend arena.
