Sulphur flasks - where are these?

I've made several Cruel Labyrinth runs,almost finished Act 2 Merciless,and didn't seen any one of the newly added flask.Do they require some specific level or area,or something,to start dropping? Last bumped on Jun 30, 2016, 4:06:30 PM

They have a level requirement of 35, so it drops from level 33 zones (rare/unique monsters drop stuff at +2 levels). That's all.
