0.2% Ele leech cat mod worth or trash?

I play crit Freezing Pulse CI+VP and I have the following wand:
Imbued wand: 33% increased spell damage +1 chaos gems 54% increased spell damage 21% increased cold damage 91% increased critical chance for spells +14 life gained on hit 1 prefix still open. I have a doryani's belt and a life/mana leach enchant on my boots. Is it worth it to craft 0.2% cold leech to go to 1% leech to maybe try and drop warlords mark or just go with something like +mana or added cold dmg to spells (there is also increased chance to freeze, but this looks even more niche). Probably whatever I craft on it will be unimportant, but I was just curious what you guys think... Last bumped on Jul 1, 2016, 7:56:06 AM

0.8% sounds fine. Go with added cold damage to spells

flat damage to spells all day. 0.2% is so low its not going to be any replacement for warlords imo.

Thanks guys, I crafted added cold dmg to spells (12-20) and the increase of the tooltip dps wasn't spectacular, something like 1-3k dps (depending on charges). I guess I have to accept that any of the options that I had sucked :)
