[OCC] Community-Build CI Whispering Fire

Hello there!

Welcome to my first Witch homemade build.
This is about the Whispering Ice and the unique jewel "Izaros Turmoil".

As this is just a PLAN, I can not offer corresponding screenshots. This is going to be a community build, meaning not only planned by me but also filled and made better with input from you guys.

Required Items (Don't mind the socketed gems, they're for my standard build):


This is my predefined tree:

As you can see, we have 5 Jewel spots open and we're filling all of them with Izaro's Turmoil.
This will give us 10% chance to freeze and burn them and on perfect rolls we get up to 125% more damage at least (Some math genius out there for that double dipping math stuff? ^^).

Ascendancy is Occultist as it gives us some nice defenses:



Planned Gem Setup:

Whispering Ice: Spell Echo - Life Leech - Faster Casting - Controlled Destruction - Cold to Fire - Concentrated Effect

The rest of the gear can be all rare and should have +INT on every piece of gear to maximize the damage of our Whispering Fire.

This is the very first planning, so input about mistakes or stuff I think wrong about is very welcome!
