Curse on hit with cast when damage taken bug

I use cast when damage taken (lvl1) + ball lightning (lvl4) + curse on hit + enfeeble.
The ball lightning proc but enfeeble is not apply.
I try with warlord's mark instead of enfeeble and it works.

Looks like you're running Warlord's Mark on Blasphemy. Do you have +1 curse? If not you can only apply one curse so your Blasphemy curse is taking precedence.

My only other guess is your enfeeble is too low of a level and the trigger gems get invalidated since both curse on hit and cast when damage taken are trying to apply to it.

Leveling enfeeble lvl 7 and 8 and it seems workink

It wasn't working before because enfeeble was being supported by CWDT. A gem can't be supported by multiple gems that would make it trigger automatically. I think CWDT was taking priority over curse on hit. (probably because it's in the first spot on your item.)

Now you levelled it up, CWDT isn't supporting it any more, so Curse on hit can instead.
