A Master Seeks Help [Zana] Bugged

Received the prophecy before entering Chateau Map. Found Zana, completed mission and the prophecy still shows as unfulfilled.

Got same issue : found zana inside a map, fullfiled the mission (Complete a Vorici mission).
Both where completed (see screen) but prophecy didn't trigger.
Got this proph since more than 2 weeks and it was 1st time i meet zana during this period.

Did you ignore the dev response? It doesn't trigger if the prophecy isn't the reason Zana spawned in the map. It was a Zana you would have found even if you didn't have the prophecy.

No i didn't but the prophecy says : "You WILL find Zana... She WILL reward".
It is not saying she MAY reward you.
Considerinf the text : as soon as you meet zana and complete her mission, the prophecy must be validated. We have no way to know if we meet a "normal" Zana or a Prophecy Zana and this difference isn't explained anywhere.

If the bug isn't in the prohecy it self, this is the texte of the prophecy that should be changed.

Neverthelees, unexpectedly, I met Zana again and complete again her mission :

This time it was a "Find the Lodestone".
But at the end i get the message : "the map corruption has dissipated" as if I had to kill corrupted monsters.

If there is a true bug (not a simple typo problem), I hope this can help.

If it's a prophecised Zana, then you will get the message in purple on the right to say that you will find Zana in that instance. If the purple prophecy text doesn't appear where the map mods are, it's naturally occurring.

Ok, but purple texte does not appear for every prophecy.
How can you know this is just a case where purple text should appear or not ?

Why does the text does not mention Zana is not every time the good one ?
Why does other masters are almost every time the prophecy ones when we meet them and not zana ?
I didnt meet Zana since 2 weeks I have this prophecy ; I met here 2 times today but none of them whas the prophecy Zana.
However i hace the same prophecy for other maters they are almost every time linked with prophecy when i meet them. And it is rare i hae to visit more than 5 zones before they pop. Zana is rarer, by far.

Let me guess...you're running the same maps over and over looking for this Zana? The prophecy is forcing a Zana spawn. It's already decided which maps that Zana will spawn in. Try running different maps.

There are different master related prophecies. The ones that say which master you're going to find force that master to be in a map that wasn't going to have it. Those are the ones that the purple text tells you the master is there.

No, I dont do always the same map. But i have limitations.
I have bad lag issues since several mounths. I cannot play in map higher than t8 even with à lvl 85+ character. Bad luck for me, I can't do anything for that and I have to play with.

But if I understand well what you are telling me, this mean if the game decided to spawn zana in a t15 map I will never meet her ? (the prophecy one i mean)

Why does zana cannot span in any random map I'm going in instead of prealocating her in a random map you may never get in ? And what if the game locate prophecy zana in a unique map you may never get ?
