T1 Flat & % ES 6l Regalia and +1 Curse Astramentis PSC

I would greatly appreciate any help in valuing either of these items

I couldn't find a +1 Curse Astra for sale on any league.

As for the chest My PSC build is whispering ICE and i only wanted a 5 Link, not that I'm complaining :P. So I wanna sell it and not entirely sure what to try and get with it only having 3 mods.
