KB Wander

Hey all,

I want to start building a KB Wander but I don't really see any guides (aside from an obliteration wand). I wanted to go Ele and maybe life or CI. The goal is to potentially take it to 100 so something that can cleaer high tier maps and maybe handle uber labs.

Any ideas?
