Divine Orb clarification ??

So, I just made this from alch and 1 chaos:
The iLVL is 76 and I was hoping for some good stats. Those are the right stats with the wrong roll. So I'm wondering now: if I would use a divine orb on that bow, is it possible to get the highest rolls of an ilvl 76 bow?
