How do you generate so much currency?!

yeah but i mean come on..i've seen like 5-6 who made a bunch of 5-6L chests already..that requires some fusings and jewelers.....

Ok...
I've been looking in the trade forums quite frequently, buying and selling stuff as i go along..
And it amazes me how some people are bidding insane amounts of orbs for stuff, over and over again...
I've noticed a few users who are bidding recurrinly for 3-5 or even more exalts a day!!
Now, i can do a whole days of farming and not come up with more than probaly 2-3 gcps TOPS, how the heck do people generate so much currency?? what am i doing wrong here?

If you're wondering how much raw currency even exists in the economy...

1: There are tons of players generating currency, and a lot of that currency will filter up to the more savvy traders (or the luckier ones).

2: Vendor recipes. People will make massive quantity and rarity gearsets and farm easy content, generating huge quantities of items to vendor. Best example is 1 unidentified rare of every slot = 2 chaos. Make a 150% quant 200% rarity set, go farm normal merveil for mass rares every run, vendor for chaoses.

I opened a church on Wraeclast. We are tax exempt and everyone is out for salvation of some sort. Pass the donation plate around a few times, and here we are.

So basically back to making merveil runs..

Why is Merveil the boss everyone go to kill for currency?

So, would it be a good idea to do runs on her with my regual char equipped with all IIR/IIQ? goes alot quicker than leveling a char
