Whay Cant i Edit my posts no longer?

Im not proficient with writing English and i cant mentein my Build guide if i cant edit my post.

I notice this some time around patch relise and i whant to know whay?
Aperantly some of my post got report buton under them and some not, and one that have it i cant edit.
