Prophecy Wind and Thunder

This prophecy requires me to kill a rare (powerful) Galvanic Ribbon which spawn in act 3 battlefront and solaris temple. Well i have killed about 20 or so rare Galvanic Ribbons and none of them procced the prophecy and dropped the legendary.

that sucks. You may know what map exactly? Cant think of one with ribbons in it atm...

Does Temple have them? POE wiki only has them in Sol 1 and 2 as well as Battlefront.

So is it even possible to complete the challenge currently? As there are no "Galvanic Ribbon" in maps and the prophecy requires a map.

I have this also.. i Cleared Shrine and a few temples.. nada no luck..
I'm wondering if they ment to be volt ones not galvanic? If there is a Hell! I'll see you there!
