[BUG] The Plaguemaw V

Happened twice in a row. Got the IV prophecy again, went to crystal veins again, it fucked up again.

I have the same problem, don't know how to solve it

It seems to be some sort of layout issue.
I could enter the room with Plaguemaw when the stairs were located south-east in the area. On any other layout I was reset to the stairs without entering the room. |

Yep same bug here as well. Get teleported to top of the stairs over and over again.
