These characters were all started in leagues, meant to be viable in both PVE and PVP, and then min-maxed in standard once the league is finished. Always been a fan of high HP, evasion and dodge prefer it to armour, armour wont save you vs elemental damage.

Thanks for the comment! Yes, he's my favorite :) so many nights staying up testing and using regret orbs to get the best combination, and I think I finally got it!
