about 2 years of DC problem

hi GGG and community

i am playing this game about 2 years, and i love it,

but

i cant party play, in parties i always disconnecting
i cant play with a player who uses the whispering ice and those ice rain skill
i cant play haku mission which ice rain (like whispering ice; ice rain) there is a video captured by me: www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFWMmp51Ogk


i dont know what should i do can somebody help me about that,

Windows 10
i5 cpu
Gtx 960
Ssd
8 gb ram
fiber internet 20MBps connction from Turkey

first of all thanks for the great and fast attention to my post.

i checked that my avast antivirus program and windows 10 firewall,
i did give special permission to pathofexile.exe and client.exe files in the avast antivirus program and the windows 10 firewall.

but reslust are the same;
when haku mission apply "the ice rain",

when some one uses the whispering ice "ice rain" skill,

and also when in the ground have a lot of items; like opened two or more strongboxes with drop too much items and or in 6 player parties if i use quicksilver flasks (i mean when my character moves fast) and move some long distances,

the disconnect occours.

ah, one more thing, i tested now (23/06/2016) with closing directly windows 10 firewall and avast antivirus now and it make a diffrence, now its very good in 6 player paty, still not tested in kahu ice rain or playing with whispering ice player, but its seems very good. thanks for now.



Edit: no sorry, it was just for a one 6 player party, other parties i disconnect sorry, (especially when some player opens a strong box when in maps, please help :(

same day, last results;

i updated my motherboards all components,
nvidia drivers,
and closed reverb sound option and low channel count,
avast antivirus closed,
windows 10 firewall closed,

its perfect, 6 player party and (plus a CoC player) works verywell.
