Lag Spikes and random unexpected disconnection

hi just wondering if i could get some help on my lag spike plus random disconnects

Was this trace running/capturing before/during the problem or only after experiencing the disconnect?

only afterwards but i didnt continue to play while it was doing its thing.. a week later and now its fine?
