+3 bow / +1 drillneck advice

I currently have a +3 bow with low base DPS and a drillmeck that is corrupted with adds additional arrow. I am looking for advice on what build/skill will make the most of these pieces. Any advice is appreciated.

The two items don't mix well together unless the bow is a fast one which case maybe Explosive Arrow will do.
The bow will fit nicely for any caustic arrow build, but prefer a clean drillneck as the implicit will give some additional cloud damage, and you don't need the two arrows, it won't increase your coverage much. The corrupted drillneck is good in any non caustic arrow build. It will do especially well in voltaxic/poison builds. Ranger builds list: /917964 When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
