Raider aspd bonuses should boost cast speed too

Raider is a really cool class that is all about Frenzy Charges, and maintaining Phasing or Onslaught - basically doing stuff really fast and never letting up. Unfortunately, most of the bonuses only apply to attacks, which means you can't really enjoy the full 'speed' effect of raider. Even attacking raiders will need to slow themselves down a bit whenever they cast something, which seems a bit contrary to the design as well.

The Phasing Path is fine for spell or attack users.

The Onslaught Path is semi-OK for spell users - it does give 20%-40% increased attack damage during Onslaught, but I guess this is OK for balance - maybe 20% increased spell damage, or 20% increased generic damage would be stronger than they wanted.

But the Frenzy Path - the main one for a raider that wants to do stuff quickly - is disappointing for spell users (except CoC and whirling blades). It gives 10% increased attack speed, and also 3% attack speed (and attack damage) per Frenzy Charge. I suggest adding cast speed to this. (eg: 5% increased cast speed, and 2% per Frenzy Charge.) Not a huge boost, but enough to help the raider feel speedier with spells; otherwise you might as well just get Frenzy Charges on your Deadeye or Pathfinder, since they offer other benefits than speed as well.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
