most vegans are not healthy, and neither are meat consumers.
the avg person lacks getting all nutrients on a daily basis, it doesn't matter whether you join a new age movement or think animals taste good. eating well takes effort, regardless which path you take. requires research and knowing which ingredients are in what food, all food. consume too much and you are unhealthy, don't consume enough and you are unhealthy. without exercise you are unhealthy. drinking fluoride water is unhealthy (it's also in bottled water). good luck. |
