Need help with my build

Hi guys I'm kinda new here and my main idea is to build a slayer with leech life nodes and blood magic.
1. My main Q is what wep to use?
Dual welding- if so invest in fritz?
Or 2H axe.
2. Still not decided whether Gonna invest more in evasion then armor...
3. And over all what skill will benefit the most to me from each wep kind.
