Is it possible to farm full set of "the chains that bind" divination cards in 3 act?

Yes, but it will take a long, long time. You'll probably have enough currency to buy a 6L chest before you find 11 of them or w/e it is.
Make finding 2 to 4 cards your goal and plan on buying the rest unless you're looking to farm Crematorium for hundreds of hours -_- |
