I consider this character a fail. Infernal Blow targeting is killing me in both senses of the word. Despite having almost 8.2k, berserker's leech and recovery from the axe I never feel quite safe. Slayer version would be much better in my opinion.

area dmg + chaos Increased damage + chaos Increased damage + area dmg cheers | |

one more question relating dual obliteration: how about using empower 3 or 4 , would that bring higher dmg and what would you take out, area/conc or something else
